There are many ways to address organizational development & I aim to have a variety of services for all learners. Also, to accommodate accessibility for all, I do offer a sliding scale upon request. I ask you to consider your resources and income when deciding on what you can pay. I am also open to work trade!
Workshops
Team dynamics, leadership development, mentorship...these are all a part of organizational development. Workshops provide an opportunity for a group of individuals to learn the tools needed to create a stronger workspace. Workshops are always interactive, encouraging collaboration and creative thinking. This services is available for small or large groups, onsite or offsite, depending on the needs of the client. Cost depends on group size, scope of project, and will be discussed in our initial meeting.
One-on-One Organizational
Development Coaching
Looking to develop your leadership skills? Curious how to develop roles in your organization? In need of practicing boundary setting and interpersonal communication skills? One-on-one coaching provides an opportunity for an individual to pinpoint their specific needs and create a plan that helps them reach their personal goals around organizational development. This service is $120/hour. A sliding scale available upon request.
Organizational Assessments & Consultations
One of the best way to figure out your organizational needs is to have an OD practitioner come into the workplace and do an assessment. Assessments offer an opportunity for a practitioner to evaluate an organizational ecosystem as it exist in a workspace. After an assessment is conducted, I will provide a summary of findings, with an opportunity for future consultation. Cost depends on group size, scope of project, and will be discussed in our initial meeting.
Conflict Coaching & Mediation
Conflict is an unavoidable part of every day living. Luckily, there are tools to help us navigate through the challenges that emerge out of conflict.
Individual coaching provides an opportunity to pinpoint specific needs and create a personal plan to cultivate skills around communication & conflict. During our time together, we will discuss a current conflict and examine the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual experiences of a conflict, learn about conflict styles and identify our own, gain a deeper understanding of what stories/experiences/models shaped our approach to conflict, notice common themes around conflict, set goals to work through conflict, and develop practices around accountability. These are just a few ways in which I help a client gain a better understanding of how to engage in conflict. I share useful documents, presentations, and readings. Conflict coaching can be one session or multiple sessions- it is up to the client. This service is $120/hour. A sliding scale is available upon request. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
I offer conflict mediation services for individuals or group mediation. I use the transformative mediation model developed by Robert A. Brauch Bush and Joseph P. Folger. The cost of this service starts at $250/hour for two participants, and changes depending on the amount of additional participants. A sliding scale is available upon request - please do not hesitate to reach out!

Community Accountability Process: Transformative justice is a different approach for addressing harm than what we often see in our society of shame and punishment. This approach works with processes that do not only address a specific instance of harm, but aid in the transforming of social circumstances that allowed for harm to occur. This is a practice that is survivor-centered and focuses on collective accountability. Please reach out directly to discuss more about this service.
